1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VocaTrace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VocaTrace is a language learning application that provides handwriting practice worksheets for Asian languages including Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese. The App offers both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

4. Purchases & Payments

Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID or Google account
"Lifetime Access" applies to the core application content available at the time of purchase. Future premium plugins, add-ons, or major feature expansions may be sold separately and are not included in this purchase.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, some features will be limited unless you purchase the lifetime access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Thuong Studio (thuong.studio) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute or resell any content from the App
Attempt to bypass any security features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Thuong Studio does not warrant that:

The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components
The results of using the App will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THUONG STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of VocaTrace.

License Grant: Thuong Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

License Restrictions: You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent

Ownership: The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Thuong Studio and title thereto remains exclusively with Thuong Studio. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved.

Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.

Updates: Thuong Studio may from time to time provide updates or upgrades to the App. Any such updates or upgrades shall be subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vietnam.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thuong Studio and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thuong Studio regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
